Victoria Polybags Ltd. is a leading manufacturer in PP Woven Bags is being used in packing of food grains, fertilizers, sugar, salt and other commodities. We are meeting the needs of local market demands and also exporting countries like Uganda, Rwanda and Congo.

 

We have high technology machineries to get quality product as shown below:

• 1.Two Tape line plants

• 2.circular looms 44 nos.

• 3.Semi con machines

• 4.Stiching machines

• 5.Printing Machines

• 6.Bailing Machine

• 7.Lab testing equipments

 

We have expanded our plant in end of 2010 by adding Tap line machine and 24 looms along with BCS Machines from Lohia Starlinger Ltd. India. Recently, we have also started production of yarn being used for stiching polybags.

We are importing following raw materials from various countries, the same being used in processing polybags:

• PP Raffia

• Calcium

• PP Yarn

• Ink of different colours

• Master batches in different colours

• LLDPE – for liners bags

We are earning foreign exchange by exporting our PP Bags to countries like Uganda, Rwanda, Kongo etc.

Business Plan:

• We want to export PP Bags to all African countries for that we are planning to establish net work in other countries

• We are gearing for new technology  to meet the requirement of customers by producing different sizes and also different weigh as per market demand.

• We are planning to appoint efficient marketing professionals to boost sales in local and up countries market.

• Now, we have appointed professional technical staff and have already started generating production from 40 mt. per month in 2011 to 100 mt. per month in 2012 since April 2012, that  will help us to reduce our cost of production during the current year.
